High Gabriel Estates is a quiet, established community located in Williamson County, about two miles north of Leander. The scenic South San Gabriel River forms the neighborhood’s northern boundary, adding natural beauty and character to the area. The subdivision includes five sections on both the east and west sides of U.S. Highway 183A, each with its own deed restrictions.
Property owners share and care for several common spaces, including two private parks along the South San Gabriel River. The High Gabriel Estates Property Owners Association (“POA”) represents all property owners and works to support and maintain the community.
Separate from the POA, the High Gabriel Water Supply Corporation (“WSC”) operates an independent public water system serving all homes in High Gabriel Estates. To learn more about the WSC and its services, please visit its website.
