The High Gabriel Estates Property Owner’s Association helps facilitate your requests associated with Resale Certificates, Architectural Changes, Accessing our Nature Trails, and more. In addition to accessing their accounts, paying annual dues, and more, property owners can also submit requests through their PayHOA accounts. If you need help, please let us know.
Resale Certificate Requests
If you are buying or selling a home in High Gabriel Estates, a resale certificate may be required as part of the closing process. The certificate summarizes important information about the property and the Property Owners Association. Nature Trail Access Requests
Public access is prohibited through private property. Unauthorized unattended vehicles may be towed at owner’s expense.
The High Gabriel Estates community supports scholastic group visits to study the nature trail and dinosaur tracks located on the South Gabriel River. Scholastic visitors should request access at least 21 days in advance.
Architectural Change Request
Planning to build, modify, or improve your property? Most exterior changes in High Gabriel Estates community require review by the Architectural Control Committee (or ACC) to ensure improvements align with community standards and deed restrictions.
